SHIPPING 

Standard domestic shipping is free Pan India and international shipping is chargeable on  orders. Standard domestic shipping will take 3-4 business days, once the product is ready to ship. Standard International shipping will take 7-8 business days, if the product is ready to ship.
Certain products are made-to-order. 

The dispatch time frames for these vary between 2-4 weeks.

Please note, due to certain restrictions put in place by the government, we are currently unable to ship orders to Pakistan and Russia.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES


Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
1.    An incorrect product has been delivered to you. 
2.    If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing defect. 
Please note that each return or exchange request is considered as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we have been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there have been three (3) failed delivery attempts by our shipping partners and/or if the package has been refused by the recipient.

 

If your request meets our return criteria as stated above, please contact our client services team within three (3) days of delivery with the following information:
*   Your Order Number
*   The reason for return and in the case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the received garment
Please do not, send back the garments without any written confirmation from our client services team. No refunds would be made in such instances.

Once a confirmation for return has been given, please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and that the original tags are intact.

We do not offer exchanges if you change your mind after your order is shipped. Exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective, incorrect or damaged.

WASH + GARMENT CARE 

We strongly recommend that you dry clean all our garments with a reputable dry cleaner.

HANDWOVEN SILKS: Some of our garments are either in part or entirely hand-dyed and crafted from natural fibres. Slight imperfections in colour and weave are inherent to the characteristics of the fabric and add to the unique design of the garment.

If your garment has been folded, either during shipping or storage, please allow it to hang for a few hours to release temporary fold lines.

SARIS: For the Tissue sarees, they are to be rolled in wooden/steel/plastic rods. This prevents crease cuts and fabric damage. 
Also our satin weave saris are handwoven with fine floating silk yarns that give them their sheen, lightness and drape. This makes them fragile. 
Please treat them gently and with extra care.
